I had an amazing birthday with the hubs!  We had a mellow day just the two of us.

When we returned to my moms to pick up the kidlets, we were met with the sweetest surprise.  The kids had worked on cupcakes and had been painting the most precious pottery pieces for us all day.  It was the most special birthday I’ve had yet:)

Mom sent me the prep pics:)

The pics once we arrived are very dark…but you get the gist.  My sweet bears worked so hard and we were so surprised!!

  1. Love your family! Those kids are the sweetest, and Grandma's pretty sharp for planning the surprise.

  3. What a great day. I think it's wonderful you spent time with Jonny. My Mom (who is in heaven) always taught us girls that the most important person should always be your husband. Of course the children seem to always sneak in there too haha. In a very short time it will be just you and him.I know it to be true. I have two children each with their spouses, 4 1/2 grandchildren (next one due in May) and after almost 38 years of marriage, with unbelieveable challenges along the way, my husband is STILL my most favorite person in the world to me. I pray that his health doesn't decline anymore and that I still have 38 more years. What a great birthday gift you were given. Of course the cupcakes and glitter gifts were wonderful too! Bless you, Jonny, and the 3 beautiful children you have.
